Return Conditions and Rules

You can return the products you have purchased within 15 days from the invoice date.

The original box and packaging of the product you will return must not be damaged. Products without packaging or with damaged packaging will definitely not be accepted for return.

You must send the invoice, warranty certificate, and a petition stating your reason for return along with the product you wish to return.

If the product you wish to return is defective, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

If there is a situation other than those stated in the product descriptions, the shipping fee will be covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.

If the product has been invoiced in the name of a company, a return invoice must be issued by the relevant company for the product.
