What is the delivery time for the products?
Products are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after your order is received. Beverage products are delivered by us only within Istanbul, typically once a week (Tuesdays).
How much is shipping for the products?
Shipping fee, including VAT, is 59.90 TL and is added to all orders. Since water and soda products cannot be shipped, we cannot accept beverage orders outside of Istanbul. Within Istanbul, we generally deliver once a week (on Tuesdays).

How long is the warranty period for the machines?
How long is the warranty period for the machines?
There is a machine replacement warranty for up to 1 year, and a parts replacement warranty after 1 year. For warranty claims, machine invoices and boxes must be kept. In case of any malfunction, you can contact us.
What are the machine return conditions?
If the machine is in working order, it can be returned within 15 days with its invoice and packaging. For new machines, if a fault occurs within the first 15 days, a one-to-one replacement can also be provided.
Can different brands of capsules and coffee be used in F.Francis machines?
No. The machines only work with their own capsules. They are not compatible with other brands' capsules.
How many different types of coffee can be made with Francis Francis machines?
illy capsules contain only ground coffee, and you can only make espresso or lungo coffee with them. If your capsule machine has a steam wand (steamer) attachment, you can froth and heat fresh milk and add it to the espresso from the capsule to make various milk-based coffee drinks.

For each capsule you put in the machine, you can only get 1 cup of coffee (Single espresso in the range of 20-25ml). This amount is approximately half a Turkish coffee cup. Lungo capsules automatically produce approximately twice this amount of coffee.
