Hario V60 02 Coffee Brewing Set - Red Usage:

Place the V60 Plastic Dripper with filter paper inside onto the service carafe included in the set, then moisten the filter paper with hot water; afterwards, pour out the water collected in the service carafe. Put the ground coffee into the moistened filter paper and gently shake it by hand to flatten the surface. Slowly pour hot water over the coffee and wait for a short while. Then, slowly add hot water in circles from the center outwards and from the outside inwards. The important thing to note here is that the hot water should not touch the filter paper as it approaches the walls. Finally, slowly pour water into the center and serve the brewed coffee.
